We look at health and wellbeing from a holistic approach and believe that in order to be your strongest healthiest and happiest self you have to work on every aspect of your being, from the physical, to the mental, to the emotional elements. We encourage you to look at your overall health as a way of being, working on fitness, nutrition and relaxation to allow for a positive transformation for life rather than merely a quick fix. Combining elements of outdoor circuit training, yoga, running, Pilates, meditation and more you will have plenty to keep you busy all day. It's not about counting the calories but about feeling great! 


We are passionate about helping you make positive lifestyle changes and that's why on this retreat not only will you be put through your paces, but you will also get a chance to unwind and de-stress. We offer you fitness and nutritional information and knowledge to make healthy choices, and with only a small group we can working closely with your individual needs to tailor make a wellbeing pack that will support you long after you leave your retreat.

Hayes House is a beautiful Grade II listed property dating back to the Medieval period. This private home on the outskirts of Milverton is the ideal location for our weekend retreat. With a cosy relaxed feel there is space to rest and unwind in between your activities. The colouful bedrooms and bathrooms add a fun character to the property and each bedroom offers a unique and cosy space for yourself or you and a friend. 



The lovely Hayes House is set in extensive grounds and includes an all weather tennis court, secret garden with fountain and Bedouin style tent with seating. A large flat paddock leads onto stables. The side garden has a table tennis table and the back garden has a patio area with table, chairs and an outdoor chess set.





All meals are freshly prepared, healthy and nurturing to support your active weekend. Using organic and local produce, the foods during this weekend help to support your wellbeing, detoxing and nourishing the body form the inside out and creating balance within.



THE YOGA - Natasha Moutran:
Yoga classes are suitable for all levels, including complete beginners.
Yoga classes are taught by one of our co-founders Natasha. Natasha's teaching style is creative, encouraging and nurturing. The morning sessions are energising, fun and just the right amount of challenging with a lighthearted manner, leaving you feeling relaxed and smiling. Evening sessions are restorative and balancing to help calm the nervous system and restore body, mind and soul. Natasha aims to inspire people and support them in becoming the best version of themselves through the work that she offers. 




I am so excited to be part of The Retreat Collection's Active Detox Weekend. The beautiful grounds, as well as stunning Somerset countryside couldn’t be a more perfect location to get that body of yours into shape!

By using the outdoors and your surroundings, you will get to experience first hand that there is no need for fancy equipment, or complicated routines to get into shape. All you need is the right attitude, an open mind and perhaps a friend for that extra bit of motivation and accountability.



My training over the weekend will hopefully leave you as inspired as you are challenged. Sessions made up of short high intensity intervals keep the workouts interesting and fun, all whilst building strength, stamina, and burning fat the most efficient and effective way possible! Whilst other sessions focusing on agility and balance make sure your regime is well rounded, working on all aspects of your fitness. All of which will ultimately help you on your journey to creating and sustaining a healthy and fit lifestyle.

Rooms are allocated on a first come first serve bases. Please note that as this is a private home the room sizes may vary. Some rooms have an en-suite and some share a bathroom so please note this is allocated on a first come first serve bases. If you wish to specify a room type please let us know and we will do our best to accomodate you, but this may be subject to a supplement fee. 


Payments can be made online or through bank transfer. If bank transfer if prefered please contact us for these details.


You have the option of paying the full amount upfront, or paying in installments, with the remaining balance due on 30th May.

The nearest train station is Tiverton Parkway, just over eight miles, with direct trains to London taking around 2.5 hours. Exeter International Airport is just over 21 miles.

In the event of cancellation


  • 60 days or more prior to the retreat: Your entire payment will be refunded, less £150 which is your deposit.

  • 59-30 days prior to the retreat: Payments are not refundable, but are transferable (less £150 deposit) to a future retreat.

  • 29 days or less prior to the retreat: Payments are not refundable.



This retreat is hosted by The Retreat Collection & gift certificates are accepted towards this retreat.
