This October we're heading back to the beautiful Tilton House to offer the perfect Autumn getaway weekend with our Co-Founder & Yoga Teacher Natasha Moutran, bringing to you a perfect weekend treat leaving you feeling realxed, refreshed & restored!
Join us on this tranquil weekend to heal and rebalance your wellbeing from the inside and out. In the stunning luxury of Tilton House, this retreat weekend of yoga & meditation will help you relax, unwind & reconnect.
We are passionate about helping you make positive lifestyle changes and that's why on this retreat you will get the chance to work on your physical, mental and emotional body. Our yoga sessions will be focused on strengthening, stretching and restoring the body and mind. The morning yoga classes are designed to work on your yoga alignment while also connecting to the bhav (the feeling)in your practice and feeling a real sense of embodiment and freedom. The evening meditations, yin and restorative practices will offer the perfect balance to the morning classes, soothing the mind and soul and creating a well rounded and holistic experience throughout the weekend.
This is the perfect retreat for both regular yogis and absolute newbies as an opportunity to work on your yoga practice meditation to help make them easy, powerful and accessible.
During this weekend Natasha is also leading a casual Meditation Workshop which will hopefully offer a great insight into mediations, answer some of your questions and maybe even get you started on your own practice.
In between your sessions you have some free time to enjoy the beautiful nature that surrounds us, go on a walk through the South Downes, have a holistic treatment or warm up in the sauna. There is plenty to keep you busy, allow you to recharge and leave you feeling refreshed and totally relaxed!

Nestled underneath the South Downs and edged by woodland with far reaching views across the Sussex Weald, Tilton House sits impressively in the natural landscape.
The house was completely redecorated in May 2007, and all 7 bedrooms were decorated using natural materials. Every room has plenty of character and all have views over either the Sussex Weald or Downs. The garden has many mature trees, you could sling one of the many hammocks and relax to the sound of birdsong. For the more energetic there is a tennis court hidden behind a row of ash trees. The firepit in a woodland clearing provides the perfect setting for spinning yarns and stargazing as night closes in.
All meals are freshly prepared, healthy and nurturing to support your active weekend. Using organic and local produce, the foods during this weekend help support your wellbeing, cleansing and nourishing the body form the inside out and creating balance within.
Yoga classes are suitable for all levels, including complete beginners.
Yoga classes are taught by one of our co-founders Natasha Moutran. Natasha's teaching style is creative, encouraging and nurturing. The morning sessions are energising, fun and just the right amount of challenging with a lighthearted manner, leaving you feeling relaxed and smiling. Evening sessions are restorative and balancing to help calm the nervous system and restore body, mind and soul. Natasha aims to inspire people and support them in becoming the best version of themselves through the work that she offers.

HOW TO BOOK YOUR RETREAT:
To book your space on this weekend retreat we require a deposit of £150 to confirm your booking.

Rooms are allocated on a first come first serve bases.
Payments can be made online or through bank transfer. If bank transfer if prefered please contact us for these details.
You have the option of paying the full amount upfront, or paying in installments, with the remaining balance due on 15th September 2017.

Off the A27 midway between Eastbourne and Brighton, 7 miles east of Lewes, between the villages of Firle and Selmeston. Take the turn off the A27 sign-posted “Charleston Farmhouse”.Go over the cattle grid and follow the broken private road.Go PAST the turn off for Charleston Farmhouse.After which the road bends left, with the South Downs on your right.As soon as you reach a barn directly in front of you, take a small track LEFT past signs FIRLE ESTATE PRIVATE.Continue on to the end and over the cattle grid onto a gravel driveway. You are at Tilton House. Park up and call at the front door.

In the event of cancellation
60 days or more prior to the retreat: Your entire payment will be refunded, less £150 which is your deposit.
59-30 days prior to the retreat: Payments are not refundable, but are transferable (less £150 deposit) to a future retreat.
29 days or less prior to the retreat: Payments are not refundable.
This retreat is hosted by The Retreat Collection & Gift Certificates are accepted towards this retreat.
