Talk us through your morning routine?
Legs up the wall pose (well, against my bed!) and do some breath work for a total of 2 minutes - I time it on my iPhone! Followed by a quick round of Sun Salutations and a big mug of my favourite green tea!!!
Avocado on Toast with Lime Coconut Yoghurt and Rude Health Granola topped with Rude Healthy Ultimate Almond Milk, seasonal fruit and a squirt of honey
Smoothie or juice of choice?
I love Juice Baby’s Immunity Juice with Pineapple, Ginger and Cayenne Pepper - I think I have one almost every single day!
Your favourite place to meditate?
In the gardens at my husband’s family estate, Mapperton. Special and magical.
Where is the most magical place you have practiced yoga?
Hands down, Santorini Greece. I host a yoga retreat there every year and sun salutations overlooking the Aegean Sea is just magical.
Your dream holiday destination?
Hiking in Patagonia
The three things you can’t travel without?
My eye mask for sleeping, Caroline Forbes ‘The facial oil’ and my Liforme yoga Travel mat
What’s the best thing about visiting a new country?
Immersing myself in their culture.
The first thing you do when you get home from a trip?
Hug my 4 kids and husband

She needed a hero so that’s what she became.
