While running The Retreat Collection Natasha travels the world as a Yoga & Meditation teacher & musician. Natasha is ever grateful to have studied and worked alongside some incredible teachers, completing her 500hrs YA & Pre and Postnatal trainings with appleyoga and now a member of the appleyoga teaching faculty leading elements of the Teacher Trainings. Natasha believes that in order to be an effective teacher we must stay students ourselves, and therefore she continues to learn and expand, currently completing my 500hr in Yoga Medicine with Tiffany Cruickshank having completed advanced studies in anatomy, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Meditation and Myofascial Release as well as studying with other incredible teachers around the world. Retreat Mum, Words of Wisdom & obsessed with sunsets!
“Nothing to complain about, and everything to be grateful for” … Yes, that is my Moto! I’m Grateful to have been born in a beautiful country, Venezuela, and to have Lebanese origin. My life was complimented with strong values from both cultures, along with those my parents offered me too . I have been blessed to have lived in so many countries, that fortunately, I feel at home wherever I am in the world. Blessed with amazing friends, and above all, wonderful family! Married to an incredibly understanding & supportive husband, and mother of three absolutely wonderful children…my family is my biggest source of joy and pride... and everything to be grateful for….. What ticks my soul, besides being surrounded with my favorite people? Traveling, being at sea, and paying it forward!!! I truly believe in little acts of kindness, everyday, wherever we go. Spread kind words, thoughts, and gestures…. These are some of the reasons that motivated me to Co-Found and Co- create The Retreat Collection.
I have a background in Advertising, graduating as a Graphic Designer, with a Post Grad in Brand Management and Communication.
I also trained as a Life coach with CTI and as a Pilates instructor with Pilates Moves.
